Shweta A. Gandhi

Dr. Shweta A. Gandhi is a general and cosmetic dentist who focuses on delivering healthy and beautiful smiles in a relaxing and caring environment. With her interest in indian classical music and its use for providing a relaxing environment, she often plays soothing music (music therapy) in order to make your dental experience more "zen like." Her unique patient centered approach and gentle anesthesia delivery techniques will help you understand why her patients love her as their dentist. She treats each patient with utmost tenderness, love and care. Her patients often introduce her as their “family dentist who sings to them.” She is the dentist for the entire family---from ages 6months -100 plus year’s old.

Dr. Gandhi completed her undergraduate from Rutgers University, New Jersey with double high honors, and graduated from University At Buffalo Dental, NY with Cosmetic Dentistry minor degree, with several awards and within the top 20 percentile. She then received advanced post-graduate training from St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, where she developed unique skills that brought smiles on patients with special needs, medically compromised and dentally anxious patients.

She is invited to join Westchester medical center dental residency as a Clinical attending She strives for constant clinical excellence with great detail and strives for ideal work; for this she takes numerous continuing education courses in order to deliver highest quality of dental care for her patients.

She is one of the few clinical practitioners who participates in clinically relevant dental research. She has publications in prestigious scientific journals.
